This home is very conscious of energy savings measures, focusing on internal wall insulation, monitoring of energy usage, as well as installation of adequate ventilation systems to manage damp and mould. A demonstration of secondary glazing on windows will be available on the day, as well as engaging conversations around solar, heat pumps, and other retrofit measures the homeowner is looking to explore.
